Privacy policy

How information is handled

The Home Care Revenue Institute™ website and programs are operated by The Revenue Forge LLC. The Revenue Forge LLC may collect information voluntarily submitted through inquiries, enrollment, account creation, payments, course participation and credential activity. HCRI uses this information to provide requested services, administer certification, maintain credential records, prevent misuse and communicate relevant program information.

Information sharing

Personal information is not sold. HCRI may share the minimum information needed with service providers that support payments, course delivery, communications, credential verification and website operation.

Agency sponsor reporting

An agency purchasing one or more HCRS sponsored learner seats may receive enrollment, course progress, completion and credential-status reporting for its sponsored learners. Examination questions, responses, scores, attempt history and remediation details remain confidential.

Credential registry

Limited professional information for active credential holders may be displayed in the HCRI verification registry, including the credential holder’s name, active status, state qualifications and applicable Founding Cohort recognition.

Program terms

What enrollment includes

Individual Enrollment includes one learner, the National Core, one included primary-state qualification and the complete certification path. Agency-sponsored enrollment may include 1–5 learner seats under the published agency pricing model. Each paid agency learner seat includes the National Core, one included primary-state qualification selected for that learner and the complete certification path.

State qualifications

Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Virginia, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oregon and Massachusetts are the planned launch-state qualifications for Founding Cohort enrollment. For a non-launch state expressly included in HCRI's current Founding Cohort outreach, HCRI will add the included state qualification to the customer's learning account within seven calendar days after receiving the completed state-selection form. The learner may begin the National Core without waiting for that state qualification. If HCRI misses the seven-day commitment, the customer may select a launch state or request a full enrollment refund. States outside the nine launch states and HCRI's current Founding Cohort outreach require written availability confirmation before enrollment. HCRS is awarded only after the learner completes and passes both the National Core and one state qualification.

Additional state qualifications are subject to availability. The published individual additional-state fee is $297. For an agency adding the same additional state for multiple sponsored learners at the same time, the first learner is $297 and each additional sponsored learner adding that same state is $149. If HCRI cannot accept a paid additional-state request, the payment is refunded in full.

Individual credentials

HCRS is issued only to an individual who completes all education, applied work, examinations and attestation requirements. Purchase, attendance or agency sponsorship does not guarantee certification. Teams may learn together, but certification examinations must be completed individually.

Agency seat protection

Unused agency-sponsored seats may be assigned or reassigned by the purchasing agency. If a sponsored learner leaves the purchasing agency before completing HCRS, the affected enrollment may be reassigned to one replacement employee under HCRI onboarding rules. If a sponsored learner leaves within 90 days after earning the credential, the agency purchase includes one replacement enrollment at no additional charge. The 90-day protection is limited to one qualifying replacement enrollment per agency purchase, must be requested within 30 days of the departure and does not apply to failure, inactivity or inability to pass. A replacement enrollment is for one replacement employee and is not a reusable or permanent seat. The departing professional retains any credential already earned.

Founding Edition improvements

Founding Cohort learners receive launch-edition corrections and improvements at no additional cost and will not repeat completed lessons or passed examinations solely because the edition improves. Annual renewal, recertification and targeted updates required by material regulatory change remain governed by HCRI certification policy.
